Shared Experience
Your experience

I will welcome you into my kitchen with the warmth of Apulian tradition to learn how to make real homemade panzerotti. We will start with the dough, which is soft and fragrant, and while it rises we will go to the market to choose fresh ingredients to fill them. From the classic version with mozzarella and tomato, to one with vegetables or Apulian caciocavallo cheese, to the mouth-watering Nutella panzerotto. We will stuff, fry and enjoy together, amidst floured hands, laughter and stories. An authentic, convivial and flavor-filled experience to discover true Apulian cuisine and take a piece of it back to your heart!

My daughter's and I had the great pleasure of spending multiple hours cooking and sharing community with Rosy, our hostess, Annalisa, their adult daughter visiting and Sandro, the wine man of the house. We could not have asked for a better experience. After getting acquainted over some prosecco and Aperitivo, when got to work making Taralli, Tagatelli, meatballs, sauce and Tiramisu. We all gathered around the table drank a beautiful Rosso, ate everything we cooked and just had community. True people, preparing and eating great food with great conversation, rounded out with great wine, limoncello & coffee. Truly a human experience that I will never forget! Thank you Rosy, Annalisa and Sandro for welcoming us into your home! The Sands Family

I love cooking everything, from family traditions to international cuisines. I don’t strictly follow recipes—I personalize them with creativity, turning each dish into an expression of emotions. I always choose fresh, high-quality ingredients: meat, fish, and plenty of vegetables, favoring locally sourced products. Our extra virgin olive oil comes from our family olive groves, and the fish arrives directly from the fishermen in my village. For me, cooking is all about sharing and having fun. I love organizing themed lunches with my family, experimenting with new flavors. Every dish is meant to be enjoyed together, paired with good wine and, most importantly, great company!
