Together we will prepare a refined roast octopus on a bed of broad bean cream, fragrant mullet baked in foil and the inevitable spaghetti with mussels, symbol of the sea of our land. We will guide you step by step through techniques, stories and little family secrets, allowing you to discover genuine flavours and local ingredients. At the end of the course, we will sit down at the table to share what we have cooked, in a convivial atmosphere rich in flavour.
