    Focaccia is a traditional recipe loved by everyone, but making it together, kneading by hand without any apparatus, is a truly unique experience! In this class, the dough will be prepared in advance for proper rising, but we will also prepare other portions "live" so you can actively participate in the process. As a flatbread bakes, you will have the opportunity to discover each step of preparation and enjoy the end result: a fragrant flatbread, perfect for a Saturday night dinner or an aperitif. It will all be accompanied by a beer, the ideal drink to enhance the taste of this delicacy.
