Your experience

    I live in this charming bed and breakfast surrounded by nature. You will be intrigued by anecdotes about my grandmother's preparation of pasta and the role that cooking has played in the past and continues to play. An immersion in real Apulian life! And once at home, you can make your own delicious food, appreciating the memory of what I have shown you. We will create two typical types of pasta together, cook and share the meal! The lunch that follows is a collaborative experience. Dishes and pots and pans change hands, also transforming my home into a place of conviviality. The wine and dishes I serve, along with the pasta we prepare, add to the experience. The activity takes place outdoors, or indoors in case of bad weather.

    I live in this cozy bed and breakfast surrounded by nature. You will be fascinated by the anecdotes about how my grandmother used to prepare pasta and what the kitchen represented in the past and still partly represents. An immersion into true Apulian life and Italian sociology! I let Elisa or Tatiana, my dear friends and valuable collaborators, experts in Apulian pasta, communicate through gestures and examples; they only speak Italian, but they always manage to communicate with heart and experience. Once at your home, you will prepare your delicious food on your own, appreciating the memory of what they will have shown you. On my part, I will communicate, if necessary simultaneously, in English, Italian, and French, and you will probably laugh at my linguistic switches and my role as a "slave in the kitchen." The subsequent lunch is collaborative, with everyone participating, and dishes and pans invading my house, which gives me immense pleasure because it allows me to tell much about Puglia through the typical objects I have collected at home. The wine, the food I serve along with the pasta we prepare, mostly from my organic garden, contribute to making the experience even more enjoyable. Other things to keep in mind: the activity takes place mainly outdoors, depending on the weather conditions. We do it also in English; on parle aussi français!
