Cavatelli is a short pasta format, made from durum wheat.Its characteristic is the roughness with which it absorbs the sauce of the mussels, giving us the scent of the sea. We will make pasta together with special flours,I will also show you how to make green or red colored pasta with vegetables . We will have lunch outdoors will conclude the meal a dessert made by me with a prosecco .I am waiting for you

- We had a wonderful morning during this cooking class with Fernanda and her family. We were welcomed with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. We learned how to prepare traditional focaccia in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It was both fun and authentic, and without a doubt one of the highlights of our stay in Bari. What a beautiful encounter ❤️ We highly recommend it!

- Amazing experience. Fernanda and her family were so welcoming. Cooking with them was fun and healthy. We made two types of local pasta and tiramisu. They also treated us to wine, baked eggplants and other snacks. Highly recommended.
- Fernanda was a lovely host and talented chef! Spending the afternoon with her, Frank and Sarah was our highlight of Bari. We enjoyed the local food they prepared for us. They were excellent at accommodating my dietary restrictions and allergies.
