Meat and charcoal: the perfect mix of flavor and togetherness. Experience a Pugliese barbecue with a show cooking that celebrates the authentic flavors of the region. We will taste horse meat, the famous bombette (stuffed and grilled capocollo rolls), the tasty zampina (spicy rolled sausage), and the flavorful capocollo. Depending on the season, we’ll add other local specialties. To start, delicious bruschettas, and to accompany, a good glass of house wine. If the weather allows, we’ll enjoy everything on a balcony with a view, for a unique and unforgettable experience.
