Tagliatelle with pesto that ,depending on the season, can vary in this way :artichoke pesto,basil pesto or wild arugula pesto which is what I am proposing today with arugula from my garden, almonds, parmesan cheese and fresh burrata di Andria. Everything will be sauteed with the noodles and will conclude this sauce the sun-dried tomatoes that will give color to our dish.
We had a wonderful morning during this cooking class with Fernanda and her family. We were welcomed with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. We learned how to prepare traditional focaccia in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It was both fun and authentic, and without a doubt one of the highlights of our stay in Bari.
