Fernanda and her family were so nice and pleasant to be around and learn from my niece and I really enjoyed our cooking lesson

Our time with Fernanda and her family was incredible! She welcomed us with aperol spritzes and an olive snack that we enjoyed with her, her husband, her sister in law and her granddaughter - who so kindly helped translate for us! She then walked us through making focaccia, sharing an abundance of tips and answering all of our questions. We even left with a hand-written translated recipe! The focaccia was accompanied by homemade marinated vegetables, stracciatella, mozzarella, and rose, all of which were so yummy. At the end she brought out a bowl of fruit - the best fruit we have had during our whole trip. The cherries were even better than ones we picked directly from a tree! We hope to take another one of Fernanda's classes in the future and absolutely recommend her experiences to everyone :)

Julia Fisher and Nick Scott - 

We signed up for this class prior to heading to Italy. Fernanda, Frank, Sara and Ricardo welcomed us into their home and taught us how to make sevwral pasta's, a simple delicious sauce and tiramisu. We shared drinks, stories and laughter. It was truly a wonderful experience and now have the skill to recreate oricchiete, cavatelli, artichoke sauce and tiramisu for my family. Meeting Fernanda and the rest of her family was the best part of the class!

Simply the most wonderful experience of our trip through Italy. It can be nerve-wracking booking a cooking class as it may be generic and inauthentic, however this was the complete opposite! Fernanda, Franco & Sara were the most welcoming hosts and walked us through making tiramisu and orecchiette. We shared our lovingly made meal at their table and left feeling like family. We will treasure our memories with their family forever and hope to come back again. Do not hesitate and book this experience!

A simply wonderful afternoon! My husband booked this cooking class in Frank and Fernanda's home and it has been the highlight of our Italy trip. We were warmly welcomed into their home and spent a very enjoyable afternoon learning to make some Italian staples and sharing a delicious meal with them. I highly recommend this experience.
