What a delightful and delicious experience! Fernanda and family are so charming, talented, and kind. My husband and I loved spending time with them and communicating in English, Italian, and with the help of translation applications. 😄 We enjoyed all of the food served and prepared, and now know more about baking flours than our sourdough expert daughter does! Highly recommend.

Fernanda and Franco were super warm and we had an excellent time making pasta and tiramisu with them. We drank spritz’s, wine and had so many snacks along the way. It was an amazing time. It felt like we were with family learning how to cook instead of being in a cooking class. Highly recommend. We even got to try other dishes that Fernanda prepared ahead of time. We’d definitely do this again (maybe spaghetti all’assassina or focaccia next time!)
