If you love the combination of pumpkin and fish, I will guide you in preparing a risotto with pumpkin and scampi, with a delicate and enveloping flavor. You will learn how to prepare the pumpkin and fish bisque, which will become the broth for the risotto, enhancing the freshness of the scampi. To complete the experience, we will taste roasted chestnuts accompanied by red wine from Puglia and the traditional dessert Sporcamuss. An original and tasty journey, perfect for discovering new combinations and taking home ideas for other risottos.

- A simply wonderful afternoon! My husband booked this cooking class in Frank and Fernanda's home and it has been the highlight of our Italy trip. - Fernanda was very welcoming and the cooking lesson was very good. We learned very well how to make oriechiette and tiramisu. We also had a nice meal and some conversation, but it felt a bit too much like we were next in line for her; I might have expected for her to go the extra mile with the food.
