I discovered my passion for cooking when I started preparing lunches and dinners for my friends, realizing that I made them happy—and that made me happy too! Sharing meals and conviviality have always been essential to me.That’s why I specialized in Apulian cuisine, preparing traditional dishes just like my grandmother used to make them.
