I invite you to enjoy an authentic culinary experience, immersed in the aromas and flavors of Puglia, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The menu, which offers a choice of different Bari specialties selected via a simple interactive form, guarantees your satisfaction from appetizers to dessert. Unlimited water, local wine, and homemade digestifs are included. During dinner, I will share anecdotes and secrets of Apulian cuisine with you in a warm and convivial atmosphere. In order to meet the preferences of our guests, we provide a menu from which you can choose the dishes that best suit your tastes, which will be sent to you after booking.

- We had a fabulous cooking class with Fabio and Carmen. They opened up their beautiful home to us and shared some of their old family recipes and traditions with us. Everything was so simple and delicious with only the finest and freshest ingredients.
