    I welcome you to my home in Bari for an authentic and engaging cooking class, where I will guide you with care and attention through every step of preparing traditional Apulian dishes.

    We will start by making a mixed appetizer with seasonal vegetables. Then we’ll move on to the main course: Orecchiette with “brasciola” ragù. The name “brasciola” comes from the presence of a flavorful and aromatic meat roll, which makes this dish unique and special. We will end on a sweet note by preparing a simple and delicious jam tart together, the perfect way to conclude a day dedicated to discovering Apulian cuisine. I look forward to sharing not only recipes with you but also memories and laughter.

    Fernanda was very welcoming and the cooking lesson was very good. We learned very well how to make oriechiette and tiramisu. We also had a nice meal and some conversation, but it felt a bit too much like we were next in line for her; I might have expected for her to go the extra mile with the food.
