Your experience
Come and taste the typical dishes of the Bari tradition. Straight from the old town, I invite you to my historic home in the alleys of Barivecchia to enjoy a dinner with recipes handed down from grandmothers. I will prepare for you: the "tiedd" of potatoes, rice and mussels, octopus in pignatta, side dishes of seasonal vegetables and a spoon dessert. There will be no shortage of typical local wine and a rosolio of my own making. I will be happy to explain each recipe with the tricks used, tricks that have been revealed by the Barivecchia cooks. They tell me that the atmosphere in my house is magical, I will be happy to share it with you. I am waiting for you!
