With her expert guidance, I learned how to roll out and work fresh pasta with the right technique and sensitivity. Not only did I discover delicious recipes, but I also acquired skills that I will use again and again. I highly recommend this experience to anyone! You take home not only new flavors and skills, but also a special memory to cherish and relive every time you prepare pasta. A truly precious culinary souvenir!

- Christiana was the best host! She was so kind, made us feel like home, was very funny and a fabulous teacher! It was our favorite day of the trip because of her and the experience!
- Christiana and her mum are 2 extraordinary women, very interresting very good gifted cooks and so pleasant to talk with. The experience at their house has been our "best of" our 4 days trip in april 2024! I really recommand and would love too meet them again :)
