Let's enjoy bruschetta with vegetables, greens, shellfish, and wine. Today, I want to offer a special menu in my own style. The main ingredient will be the famous Altamura bread, which I will toast on a cast iron griddle. The bruschetta will be accompanied by five different flavors to satisfy everyone, especially those who appreciate the importance of high-quality ingredients. Everything will be seasoned with extra virgin olive oil from the Andria mill (Castel del Monte). We can't miss the typical Bari focaccia, which we will taste alongside delicious local mozzarella. To conclude, there will be the dessert "sporcamuss," a traditional Bari sweet. I warmly welcome you to my villa, set in the relaxing greenery of a forest.

: Fernanda has been AMAZING! She welcomed us into her home and we had the best experience ever. It was the highlight of our trip to Bari. I am now back home and wishing I was still in Bari in Fernanda's home. We made orecchiette and tiramisu, and the best part is that we shared a sunday lunch meal with her and her friends. Rosa was so helpful as well as whenever I couldn't express myself in Italian, she translated for me. We had the best cauliflower orecchiette ever, even though I am not a fan of orecchiette. If you're in Bari and love food, please, don't miss out on this opportunity!

They welcomed me so warmly into their home and gave a true Puglia experience full of wine, orechiette, pesto, burrata, tiramisu and lots of laughs! : We had a fantastic cooking class with Fernanda, Lisa, Rosa and the husbands, and it was the best experiences of our vacation, or maybe ever! From the warm welcome with a drink and snack to learning how to make tiramisu and orecchiette, everything was perfect. Fernanda and her daughter guided us with such kindness and expertise, and humour that the cooking felt effortless. The care and attention to our wishes made the experience complete. Sharing a meal with the family, laughing, exchanging stories, and learning a bit of Italian gave us an unforgettable memory.
