    Let's enjoy bruschetta with vegetables, greens, shellfish, and wine. Today, I want to offer a special menu in my own style. The main ingredient will be the famous Altamura bread, which I will toast on a cast iron griddle. The bruschetta will be accompanied by five different flavors to satisfy everyone, especially those who appreciate the importance of high-quality ingredients. Everything will be seasoned with extra virgin olive oil from the Andria mill (Castel del Monte). We can't miss the typical Bari focaccia, which we will taste alongside delicious local mozzarella. To conclude, there will be the dessert "sporcamuss," a traditional Bari sweet. I warmly welcome you to my villa, set in the relaxing greenery of a forest.

    This is the best excursion I’ve booked with Get Your Guide!!! Fernanda and Sera along with their husbands were phenomenal! We laughed and had a fabulous time. I learned so much in the few hours I was there! I was very lucky to have them to myself. I recommend Cesarine for cooking classes 100%!

    We had a fantastic evening with Fernanda, who had prepared traditional Italian food for us. She teached us how to make pasta in 3 different ways, together with Sara. It was easy with her help and fun to do together 😄 We also made delicious tiramisu together. The kids loved it! We had a lot of laughs and enjoyed the dinner we prepared with natural and fresh ingredients 👌. It was a wonderful evening for both our three kids and our grandma, thank you Fernanda, we loved it 🥰 and hope to see you, Franco and Sara again!

    Ho sempre voluto imparare a fare le orecchiette come una vera pugliese e con la signora Fernanda ho decisamente fatto la scelta giusta! Appena arrivata sono stata accolta con un aperitivo tutto pugliese (taralli, salame, olive), abbiamo chiacchierato un po’ e poi siamo subito partite con la preparazione di orecchiette (con le cime di rapa fresche da mercato) e crostata fatte in casa. La cura e la passione che la signora Fernanda ha nel cucinare e nell’insegnare è impagabile. Un pranzo che non dimenticherò mai e che non vedo l’ora di riproporre ai miei cari! Porterò questa esperienza nel cuore, ringrazio tanto la signora Fernanda e suo marito per la giornata che mi hanno fatto passare, con tanto cibo e risate!
