    Let's enjoy bruschetta with vegetables, greens, shellfish, and wine. Today, I want to offer a special menu in my own style. The main ingredient will be the famous Altamura bread, which I will toast on a cast iron griddle. The bruschetta will be accompanied by five different flavors to satisfy everyone, especially those who appreciate the importance of high-quality ingredients. Everything will be seasoned with extra virgin olive oil from the Andria mill (Castel del Monte). We can't miss the typical Bari focaccia, which we will taste alongside delicious local mozzarella. To conclude, there will be the dessert "sporcamuss," a traditional Bari sweet. I warmly welcome you to my villa, set in the relaxing greenery of a forest.

    We had a fantastic cooking class with Fernanda, Lisa, Rosa and the husbands, and it was the best experiences of our vacation, or maybe ever! From the warm welcome with a drink and snack to learning how to make tiramisu and orecchiette, everything was perfect. Fernanda and her daughter guided us with such kindness and expertise, and humour that the cooking felt effortless. The care and attention to our wishes made the experience complete. Sharing a meal with the family, laughing, exchanging stories, and learning a bit of Italian gave us an unforgettable memory. We highly recommend this cooking class and will definitely return for another evening with Fernanda and the family. Thank you so much for the LEKKERE food! :-)

    I was hosted by Fernanda (la_cesarina_fernanda) and her family. Everyone was so warm I felt just like home. Fernanda teach me expertly how to prepare pasta from the semolina and warm water by hand and then to cook it with the tomatoes, olive oil, etc. We later ate the freshest pasta I've ever had and a tiramisu we also prepared earlier. I had a fantastic time, thank you Fernanda and your family for being so patient, dedicated, kind and welcoming!

    We had a lovely time with Cesarine Fernanda and her family .. they welcomed us to our home and taught us to make lovely Pasta and tiramisù like pros .. the whole evening Will be a highlight tò our trip tò Bari .. we loved our Nonna time, the fresh produce and the perfect wine and food in their lovely garden :)
