In the exclusive atmosphere of the Borgo Antico, surrounded by the typical scents and sounds of Bari, a short distance from Teatro Margherita, we invite you to prepare a vegan menu together. I welcome you to my historic home, among retro atmospheres and hints of contemporary art, for a cooking class based on the use of varied and seasonal local products. We will use 0 km vegetables and make typical recipes that you can easily repurpose in the future. I look forward to seeing you!
