In the exclusive atmosphere of the Borgo Antico, surrounded by the typical scents and sounds of Bari, a short distance from Teatro Margherita, we invite you to prepare a vegan menu together. I welcome you to my historic home, among retro atmospheres and hints of contemporary art, for a cooking class based on the use of varied and seasonal local products. We will use 0 km vegetables and make typical recipes that you can easily repurpose in the future. I look forward to seeing you!

- Sono stato da Valentina per una lezione che mi è stata regalata per il mio compleanno, e posso dire che Valentina è una signora simpaticissima, che ti mette a tuo agio, con cui abbiamo chiacchierato tanto e preparato delle vere e proprie leccornie! La consiglio vivamente!
- Una bella esperienza nel cuore di Bari Vecchia! Valentina ci ha accolti in casa sua con familiarità e solarità, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di cimentarci nella preparazione di pasta fresca, crema al cioccolato e melanzane al forno! Tutto ottimo (grazie alla sua guida)! Una bellissima esperienza regalata per un compleanno importante! Poi a pranzo risate e chiacchiere come fossimo in famiglia! - Valentina was the most generous host with her time, food and hospitality. She has a passion for sharing her knowledge of the food of the region and patiently taught us how to make crumbed eggplant rolls, cavitelli pasta and an easy and delicious sauce, and tiramisu. We have had Avery satisfying main meal for the day and learnt skills that we can take home with us. Thank you very much Valentina!

I enjoy adding a personal touch to traditional recipes from my area. Living in the ancient village, I love to "steal" the secrets from the guardians of ancient recipes, now known worldwide.
