Onion Pizza
Onion pizza is one of the typical dishes of old Bari. It is prepared especially at Carnival or in any case we find it on holiday tables in every season. My recipe follows the directions given to me by a lady in the old town itself. It is light and digestible, and the ingredients are handled according to the book. I will teach you how to prepare it and we will enjoy it in my old house near the sea and the Margherita Theater. We will be in the charming and quaint alleys of old Bari. Two other specialties that I will prepare for you will complete the dinner. It will be a rustic but very tasty dinner! I am waiting for you!
A wonderful morning shopping and Cooking with Valentina. We made orecchiette and tiramisu. She was a great teacher and it was lovely to visit her home in the old town of Bari.
