Onion pizza is one of the typical dishes of old Bari. It is prepared especially at Carnival or in any case we find it on holiday tables in every season. My recipe follows the directions given to me by a lady in the old town itself. It is light and digestible, and the ingredients are handled according to the book. I will teach you how to prepare it and we will enjoy it in my old house near the sea and the Margherita Theater. We will be in the charming and quaint alleys of old Bari. Two other specialties that I will prepare for you will complete the dinner. It will be a rustic but very tasty dinner! I am waiting for you!
We had a wonderful experience with Valentina! She was very welcoming and her house is really warm and nice and sets a good mood for the cooking class. We had a lovely chat, cooked and had a meal together. Would definitely recommend to anyone to give it a try!
