    At Officina Minguzzi, an old Italian mechanical and wine-making factory, family traditions are revived through grandfather's work and grandmother's "sfoglina" recipes.

    Guests can choose where to sit, among the ivy and wisteria courtyard, the carpentry shop, the romantic porch, and the casone of wine objects. Our menu consists of excellent and certified products from the activities of our area, linked to local tradition and seasonality. Appetizers with sliced meats, cheeses, compotes and/or vegetables from local producers, fresh homemade pasta, traditional desserts from Romagna, and matched wines selected from the wineries of our hills. Romagna flowers will accompany our typical menu, organic edible flowers of certified origin.

    My mother and I love the cuisine of our land, Romagna. It's simple and traditional, using the local ingredients of our country. This passion has been passed down to us from my grandmother and great-grandmother because she was a pasta maker and used to make pasta for the historic tavern of our village.
