Hi from Enrico!

My cuisine is based on the simple and genuine recipes, from my family and the Milanese tradition. We will cook with local and seasonal ingredients. My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’.  I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.

We had a fantastic experience. Not only did we learn about how to make pasta, we were treated like friends. The cooking class was profound, Enrico is explaining everything in an interesting and easy understandable way. I am able to make pasta on my own now, and feel confident about my newly learned skills as well. Next to cooking we talked about Italian food, Italian culture and life. We enjoyed every minute.

Great recipes. Excellent instruction and opportunity for hands on. We made risotto and Oso Buco with tiramisu for dessert. Enrico and Christina made us feel like guests in their home actually. A wonderful evening.

Wonderful food and evening  - July 2025

Ernesto and his wife hosted us in their home with such open arms and we spent the next 5 hours with them making the best pasta we’ve ever had! From the start, they felt like old friends and we shared many laughs and drinks as we cooked new recipes! We would recommend that everyone should take a class with Enrico, his cooking experience and expertise shined through. Thanks to Enrico our adventures through Italy have started off on such a high note!
