Join me on a visit to a local market or a traditional grocery store to explore the aromas and flavors of our culinary heritage.

As an enthusiastic chef, I’m happy to share insights on products and select some fresh ingredients for an authentic cooking demo with local recipes. We will then head to my home where we will do a cooking demo and enjoy a delicious three-course lunch/dinner with good wine. The proposed menu is: traditional mixed Italian cured meats, fresh pasta with Mantua sausage and seasonal vegetables and a the delicious tiramisu. Live this unforgettable experience as I can share my passion for cooking and introduce you to the essence of our culinary traditions in the comfort of my home.

: We had a terrific experience! Enrico and his family and home were so inviting and comfortable, like visiting a friend. The market tour was very interesting. I loved seeing all the varieties of fruits and vegetables we don't have easily in the U.S. although Enrico is not a vegan chef, the dishes he made were very delicious and seemed easy to replicate. I can't wait to try at home. The location was also easy to find and right at a bus stop.

My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’. I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.
