Hi from Barbara!

My cuisine is very diverse; I adore all Italian cuisine, but I also like to introduce ingredients from other cultures into my menus, especially Middle Eastern ones. I am fortunate to have a family that loves trying new flavors, so I can let my imagination run wild! To my guests, I will mainly offer Italian dishes but will also present some dishes from other cultures that blend well with ours!
