I extend a warm welcome to you in my enchanting enclosed garden, adorned with vibrant flowers and aromatic plants. Our delightful evening will commence with the traditional Venetian appetizers, accompanied by a fine glass of Prosecco. Next, you will have the opportunity to savor the flavors of "Bigoi in salsa", a classic pasta dish prepared with onions and salt-cured fish, such as sardines or anchovies. And, of course, no visit would be complete without indulging in our irresistible tiramisu!

- Awesome class! Had so much fun learning how to make pizza. I’m gluten free and Barbara went out of her way to accommodate. Would highly recommend booking a class with her if you can!

I am fortunate to have a family that loves trying new flavors, so I can let my imagination run wild! To my guests, I will mainly offer Italian dishes but will also present some dishes from other cultures that blend well with ours!
