Having fun while cooking is essential, and in my kitchen you will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity. Together we will prepare three different types of filled pasta, giving them a creative and unusual appearance, perfect for special occasions.

I suggest ravioli roses filled with prawns or, if you prefer, a vegetarian filling, two-coloured tortelloni with smoked ricotta, and finally ravioli with aromatic herbs filled with seasonal vegetables. A wonderful course all year round, adapting the fillings to the seasonality of the chosen ingredients.

This is why I love welcoming my guests into my kitchen, to share the secrets of our extraordinary Italian cuisine, recently proclaimed by UNESCO as a World Heritage.
