Creating and making different types of fresh and filled pasta, including ravioli and gnocchi. Various fillings will be developed, including those with meat, fresh cheese and vegetables. Alternatives will also be offered to meet the needs of vegetarians and vegans. The processing of pasta will be done in the traditional way, using hands, followed by preparation and tasting with different toppings, such as sauces and gravies. Throughout the process, the experience will be enriched by the company of red and white wines from the Veneto region.

Carla and her husband were really nice! It was a delight do learn how to make pasta. They taught us 2 different kind of pastas. The sauce and filling they prepared were delicious. They also gave us some tipps for other pasta dishes.
They also prepared some snacks and wine.
My boyfriend and I had a lot of fun and will definitely recreate the recipes.
We laughed a lot and the mood was great. Carla and her husband are very nice, openhearted people.
If we get the chance again, we will come back!

I had a lovely evening with Carla and her husband coming up king and eating al fresco in the charming garden. Though I have eaten pasta most of my life, it was my first time making pasta from scratch, and truth be told, Giorgio did more than me. I could almost hear his Sardinian mother tut-tutting at my attempts to roll the gnocchettii! The ravioli filling was a revelation, and the tiramisu and local Prosecco and Soave exactly as delicious they should be in in their home region of Veneto. Though my Italian is non-existant, Carla was a great Cesarina and made sure I understood all the steps and enjoyed my evening.

This was a great experience! Carla and her husband were the best hosts. They taught us everything, from the dough to the cooking. We had a very delicious meal that we made with our own hands, we drank the best prosecco and white wine of our trip, and talked about everything and enjoyed their adorable little garden. We also learned a lot about the Sardinian tradicional pasta making and we hope to use this knowledge in the future. My recommendations from the heart.
