Your experience

    Creating and making different types of fresh and filled pasta, including ravioli and gnocchi. Various fillings will be developed, including those with meat, fresh cheese and vegetables. Alternatives will also be offered to meet the needs of vegetarians and vegans. The processing of pasta will be done in the traditional way, using hands, followed by preparation and tasting with different toppings, such as sauces and gravies. Throughout the process, the experience will be enriched by the company of red and white wines from the Veneto region.

    Carla and her husband kindly helped me figure out my transportation options and were very flexible with the schedule. The pasta-making experience was hands-on, the explanations were clear, and it made me feel like I could try making it myself once I get home. The garden where we made the pasta were beautiful.
