    Welcome to my kitchen...

    You will be welcomed and pampered like family and work with your hands in the dough to make the dishes that we will then taste together. We will begin by preparing the famous Veneto dessert: Tiramisu, which will rest in the refrigerator before being enjoyed. We will then proceed to prepare the tomato sauce for the tagliatelle and then the filling for the ravioli, depending on the season we will use spinach, radicchio or pumpkin. And now let's prepare the fresh pasta. With my help each of you will have your own kneading station and then we will roll the dough into a thin sheet and finally make tagliatelle and ravioli.

    Silvia was an incredible host who was very passionate about her family and Italian culture. We had a great afternoon learning all the tricks to cooking a perfect lasagna and it was indeed perfect. Silvia was so kind, friendly and very well spoken. Definitely recommend her classes!

    I had an amazing time at Silvia’s place! I can’t believe she is gracious enough to host us during the holidays and definitely making it a Christmas to remember! The host was humorous and the night flew by. I normally don’t like to cook but the experience have me thinking about buying my own pasta machine. They were also extremely patient and welcoming! I would definitely recommend the experience!!

    "My cuisine is simple and genuine, linked to the cycle of the seasons to obtain the maximum flavors from the raw material. I love making fruit compotes with figs, wild plums, pears and apples obtained from the trees in my garden. I love using flour as much intact as possible to obtain fresh and filled pasta that my children really like, I prefer light and quick cooking for nutritious and mouth-watering second courses”.
