Fresh pasta cooking class in a Venetian house in the heart of Campo Santa Margherita. An experience reminiscent of my childhood afternoons with my grandmother! Starting with fresh ingredients, we will prepare two traditional Italian pasta dishes with seasonal sauces: ravioli or tagliatelle, garganelli or gnocchi. Then we will move on to a typical dessert, made with quality ingredients. During the class, there will also be time for a convivial aperitif, immersed in the authentic atmosphere of Venetian life.
