Hi I'm Nico, a Venetian chef, join me for an unforgettable culinary experience in Venice.
You will learn the art of homemade pasta, from dough to two different pasta shapes and tiramisu, with a professional chef. We will use fresh and seasonal ingredients as per our tradition, you will also taste the tastiest vegetable-based sauces. You will have the opportunity to discover all the secrets of the world's most famous dishes, as well as some personal advice given by a professional. Our sunny living room on the top floor of a historic building is ready to welcome you! You will look forward to taking home your new culinary skills and impressing your future guests!

- excellent class, we had the class with Giacomo, Nicolò's nephew and he was a great teacher. The food turned out great, me my husband and 15 yo daughter loved the experience, and they have a very charming place.
- We had a great time learning how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu. It was such a unique experience and we enjoyed being a home, where it felt more authentic. We didn't feel rushed and we learned a lot.

Cesarina from 2021Location: Venice (VE) Languages: Italian and EnglishHi, I'm Nicolò! My family and I are a whole chef family with passion and deep knowledge of Venetian cuisine! I became a chef out of passion. Initially, I opened an Italian restaurant in the Philippines then it was time to relive my mother's house and the joy of being together around the table. Ever since I was a child, my mother transmitted respect for good food and care in preparing it, but also the ethics of hospitality that distinguishes Venetian people. Hosting experiences in my house, in a building of the '500, you'll be welcomed by my sisters Maria and Cinthia, my young and talented cousins Anthe, Andrea, Lorenzo or myself.
