    Welcome to my experience!

    My name is Francesco and I am happy to introduce you to my unique experience in the heart of Venice where I combine traditional Italian home cooking and live music!

    I have two great passions, the first one related to traditional Italian cuisine, the authentic one where everything is cooked with love, the second one instead is the one for music, I am in fact a professional guitarist!

    In this unique cooking class I will take you to my home and teach you how to make homemade pasta! I will guide you step by step through the preparation of the spaghetti and sauce, all the way to the serving. After tasting the dishes we will prepare, I will take you into the world of acoustic guitar!

    My goal is to make this your moment in Venice unique, both fun and educational!

    A lovely experience and a wonderful host! Just 4 of us - not a big group. The children (8 and 6y) loved the pasta making experience, and they got involved in every step of the process. The result was delicious. Francesco was very welcoming and attentive, made us feel at home, skillful chef and great musician! We got a private guitar concert as a treat in the end!

    I love traditional Italian cuisine, from homemade pasta to sauces, from pestos to fish, from meat dishes to risottos. I come from Bari, and I enjoy sharing the scents and flavors of my homeland. Despite my Apulian background, I have a great passion for Roman cuisine and, of course, Venetian cuisine. In my classes, I love teaching traditional dishes like carbonara or cacio e pepe, starting with the preparation of pasta using traditional tools like the Abruzzo chitarra. It's a simple cuisine where I infuse love and technique!
