    A special experience in the heart of Venice where I bring together traditional Italian home cooking and live music!

    Let's dive into the magic of traditional Italian cuisine together. I'll open the doors to my home and guide you through the art of making homemade pasta. From crafting the perfect spaghetti to preparing a delicious sauce, we'll do it all, ending with a delicious meal we'll enjoy together. And that's not all; after our tasty lunch, get ready for a musical treat as I will take you into the world of the acoustic guitar!

    I'm on a mission to make your time in Venice truly special – a blend of entertainment, learning, and, of course, lots of fun!

    A lovely experience and a wonderful host! Just 4 of us - not a big group. The children (8 and 6y) loved the pasta making experience, and they got involved in every step of the process. The result was delicious. Francesco was very welcoming and attentive, made us feel at home, skillful chef and great musician! We got a private guitar concert as a treat in the end!

    I love traditional Italian cuisine, from homemade pasta to sauces, from pestos to fish, from meat dishes to risottos. I come from Bari, and I enjoy sharing the scents and flavors of my homeland. Despite my Apulian background, I have a great passion for Roman cuisine and, of course, Venetian cuisine. In my classes, I love teaching traditional dishes like carbonara or cacio e pepe, starting with the preparation of pasta using traditional tools like the Abruzzo chitarra. It's a simple cuisine where I infuse love and technique!
