Join us for an authentic Venetian culinary experience where you will learn to prepare three recipes featuring fresh pasta and the classic tiramisu. The course takes place in a charming attic penthouse in the historic St. Mark's Square area. From the altana, the typical Venetian terrace, you will enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the city.
Our house, a former 13th-century convent, offers a unique atmosphere. During the course, you can immerse yourself in the local culture and, if you wish, wear authentic period carnival costumes. The dishes you will prepare reflect the Venetian culinary tradition, with fresh ingredients and techniques handed down from generation to generation. - We have enjoyed a Cesarine experience in a number of Italian cities and this was one of the best. Our hostesses were so welcoming and charming. Patrizia has the most amazing rooftop apartment and her friend Daniela speaks perfect English. Much wine and laughter over the evening - and not just at my cooking attempts. We not only learnt about making classic Italian food but also about Venetian and Italian life. The highlight of our visit and I would heartily recommend you make it yours too.

Our Cesarina welcomes us to the area of Saint Zaccaria, near the church of the same name, a magnificent renaissance building dating back to the 15th century. The main tourist attractions (piazza San Marco, la Basilica, il ponte dei Sospiri) are just a few hundred meters away and Patrizia’s home is also a great starting point for exploring vicoli del Castello, a less well known - but equally fascinating - area of Venice.
