My name is Nico, I am a professional chef and I will teach you all the secrets of the perfect homemade pasta. We will start from scratch: you will learn how to make 2 different kinds of pasta, Ravioli and Tagliatelle and their sauces.

As per our tradition, we will use fresh, seasonal ingredients, ensuring you'll savor the most delicious vegetable-based sauces.

Following, we'll prepare our beloved dessert... Tiramisù!

I am looking forward to sharing with you my knowledge and passion for the Venetian culinary tradition, as well as giving some personal cooking advice that will impress your future guests!

We had a delightful time during our pasta-making class in Italy. Spending four relaxing hours cooking and eating together was one of the highlights of our trip. The class itself was exceptional, held in a charming home overlooking a canal. We learned to make two different types of pasta and the delicious dessert, tiramisu. It was a joy to meet and interact with the other couple in our group. We shared laughs, sipped prosecco, and had a wonderful time chatting throughout the experience. We were so impressed that we've already ordered a pasta maker to try our hand at making pasta at home using the recipe Lorenzo & Nico provided.

Barbara was amazing! My 13 year old daughter and I took the class with Barbara on our recent visit to Venice. We were able to explore the Rialto Market and the shops in the area as we picked up ingredients for our meal preparation. The best bread, veggies! She was patient and very kind! Make the best eggplant tomoato sauce EVER! Would do this again, anytime! Grazie Mille, Ms. Barbara!

Fantastic experience. Alberto was a great teacher and we had a lot of fun. The pasta and tiramisu we made were easy and we will definately make these at home. A great experience and I would definately recommend this.

Nicolò was not our teacher. His cousin was there when we arrived. She was pleasant but made it very clear, this was her last class, she was moving away and it seemed that she really didn’t enjoy what she was doing. We made tiramisu, ravioli and spaghetti. She then prepared a meal for us. I did learn from the experience but the teacher was not what I expected.

An amazing pasta making class! The most intimate cooking class I've ever taken. It was only my party of 3 and the so hands on. The class take place in an Italian home with an amazing view. Got a real and authentic Italian experience.

Hi, I'm Nicolò!  My family and I are a whole chef family with passion and deep knowledge of Venetian cuisine! I became a chef out of passion. Initially, I opened an Italian restaurant in the Philippines then it was time to relive my mother's house and the joy of being together around the table. Ever since I was a child, my mother transmitted respect for good food and care in preparing it, but also the ethics of hospitality that distinguishes Venetian people. Hosting experiences in my house, in a building of the '500, you'll be welcomed by my sisters Maria and Cinthia, my young and talented cousins Anthe, Andrea, Lorenzo or myself.
