My name is Mauro and I’m a true-blue Venetian: in this experience, I want to share with my guests my love for my city and my passion for cooking!
In a typical Venetian home, we’ll cook two fresh pasta recipes and a delicious, creamy tiramisu together, and whilst we enjoy a refreshing Spritz-based aperitif, I’ll explain the tricks for easily recreating these dishes at home! For all my dishes, we’ll use ingredients sourced from the nearby Rialto Market.

- Mauro was a great host and teacher! We were able to make two different types of pasta with him and it was very fun. I highly recommend this activity, it is a great way to learn and eat delicious food at the end!
