I am happy to invite you to participate in a once-in-a-lifetime experience where you will discover the charm of the Rialto Market and enjoy a delicious aperitivo veneziano at my home!
The experience starts with a visit to the market and its beautiful and colorful stalls. Here, you will immerse yourself in the authentic Venetian atmosphere and you will have the chance to taste and buy fresh produce. I will narrate the history of the market and introduce you to the typical ingredients of Venetian cuisine.
Afterward, I will invite you to my home. We will unwind with two glasses of wine and enjoy "cicchetti," our delightful Venetian bites, along with their recipes that I will share with you!

- Really great day, could not have enjoyed it more. Fun, food, learning to cook then eat great food!! Only issue was our booking was for 5 people , all family group with Cesarine?? Not sure what happened but they split us into two groups without telling us. We all arrived at Nadines ( not her fault) and then 2 people had to try and rush to the other person, they got lost and were late then, that person cancelled them. So, that meant they missed the experience.
- This was a really fun and educational class. Nadine was so sweet, patient and accommodating, we would definitely recommend the class with Nadine.
- The experience was great. We learned much about pasta and tiramisu. Nadine gave us competent informations for pasta making and also gave us the recipes. She was very friendly and everything was well prepared. We would recommend her.

- Session with as a lot of fun! We learned some new skills in pasta making and were able to ask questions along the way. Was fun to make Tiramisu wished we could have also made the lady fingers. Great to meet new friends during the class and share our cooking results together. Would recommend the class- the time , $ and learning are well worth it!
