We will start with a walk near my home, where I will show you the hidden beauties of the city and continue with a tour of the local market to let you experience the essence of Venetian life by discovering the freshness and authenticity of local products. You will have the opportunity to taste delicious dishes, such as: prawns with black cabbage chips, scallop with bacon and sage, a pumpkin and licorice velouté, risotto with clams and scampi and then finish with a delicious tiramisu and sip a Soave prosecco.
