Mussels are one of my specialties, which I prepare in many delicious ways—from sautéed to flavorful seafood pastas. I also enjoy making homemade gnocchi, soft and wholesome, just like tradition calls for. And to end on a sweet note, my signature desserts are tiramisu—creamy and indulgent—and the classic Neapolitan pastiera, which I make following an authentic family recipe. For me, cooking is a gesture of love and sharing, a way to bring a little happiness to the table.
