  • One fresh filled pasta recipe (e.g., ravioli, tortelli, tortellini)
  • Two fresh pasta recipes (e.g., tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle, strichetti, malfatti) We invite you to participate and share this culinary experience with us!

The experience with Nadine was great. The only thing is I asked her to share the full recipe with me since everything was so hands on and there were things she prepared herself. She agreed to send it but didn’t. If you are interested in replicating at home, I suggest you pause and write everything down yourself.
