A taste of three different variations of a product from our land, both sweet and savory. During the winter season, the Treviso late radicchio is a staple on our tables and can be used in many recipes. We will cook three dishes together using it and I will also tell you other ways to use it. It will be a pleasure to share this experience and our mutual culinary knowledge with you! I can't wait to welcome you soon!
