I am happy in welcoming people who want to come into my home to do this shared cooking class, teaching them recipes. These are traditional Venetian recipes, they may vary from season to season, because there is so much choice. We will learn how to make real meatballs, bruschetta and polenta with various local cheeses. It will be a wonderful experience because there will be sharing and cheerfulness.

- Questa esperienza è stata una meravigliosa coccola per me. Corinna mi ha accolto nella sua casa con calore e familiarità facendomi subito sentire a mio agio. Non a caso lei fa dell'accoglienza e dell'ospitalità un grande valore. Ho potuto imparare alcuni sfiziosi cicchetti in un'atmosfera serena e giocosa, per poi gustarceli di gran gusto in sala da pranzo. Ringrazio Corinna e le Cesarine per queste possibilità che offrono, penso siano molto importanti al giorno d'oggi per tessere nuovi legami di amicizia tra le persone ed evitare di allontanarci. Quale mezzo di condivisione migliore se non dell'ottimo cibo? :)
