I am happy in welcoming people who want to come into my home to do this shared cooking class, teaching them recipes. These are traditional Venetian recipes, they may vary from season to season, because there is so much choice. We will learn how to make real meatballs, bruschetta and polenta with various local cheeses. It will be a wonderful experience because there will be sharing and cheerfulness.

I spend a significant amount of time in my kitchen because I love cooking for my family and friends. What I offer is a Venetian cuisine experience, reminiscent of the aromas from my grandmother's kitchen, where I learned so much. The dishes are simple, traditional, and complemented by fine Venetian wine – an essential element that cannot be overlooked. Cooking becomes a special way for me to share love and tradition with those I cherish.
