I would like to share with you, this beautiful experience .In the city where I live, in Conegliano, there is a beautiful weekly market that takes place every Friday .The market is very large. In the food area, there is a lot of seasonal fruits and vegetables, local cheeses , fish, meat.

The vendors always help you, to choose the right product and have you discover the local products , even giving you some cooking recipes, but most importantly with the vendor you establish a relationship of trust. This I would like to share with you, choosing products and then cooking together, in my home !The menu will always be different, because it varies from season to season, but there will be an appetizer, a first course , a dessert, accompanied by a good local wine, water and coffee.
