    Making homemade pasta is always a creative experience for me, bringing back fond memories of my childhood, when my grandmother would involve me in this wonderful adventure of making tagliatelle. It was a moment of sharing. That's why I think sharing this experience with other people is wonderful. Homemade pasta is a simple food, but rich in history, its aroma filling the kitchen. I like to serve tagliatelle with meat sauce or fresh tomatoes and basil, but there are other sauces too! So, I suggest a menu consisting of an appetizer of delicious local Venetian cheeses, homemade tagliatelle, and tiramisu for dessert, which I also make myself. All accompanied by a good local wine and coffee.

    The cooking class with Corinna was a special experience. The hostess is an empathetic and friendly lady who enjoys good communication and sharing a meal. The table was lovingly set when we arrived, and everything in the kitchen was prepared. Corinna patiently guided us through the preparation of the pasta. The food was delicious and our conversation with Corinna was very pleasant. A great experience that we can recommend without reservation. Thank you again to Corinna.
