    Making pasta, homemade, is always for me a creative experience that takes me back to great memories of my childhood, where there was my grandmother involving me in this wonderful adventure, in making noodles. It was a time of sharing. Therefore, I think sharing this experience with other people is wonderful. Homemade pasta is a simple food, but rich in history; its fragrance fills the kitchen. I like to dress noodles with meat sauce, or with fresh tomato and basil, but there are other toppings as well! So, I propose as a menu item an appetizer consisting of local cheeses from Veneto, which are a delight,

    homemade tagliatelle and as dessert tiramisu, also made by me. All, accompanied with a good local wine and coffee.

    I spend a significant amount of time in my kitchen because I love cooking for my family and friends. What I offer is a Venetian cuisine experience, reminiscent of the aromas from my grandmother's kitchen, where I learned so much. The dishes are simple, traditional, and complemented by fine Venetian wine – an essential element that cannot be overlooked. Cooking becomes a special way for me to share love and tradition with those I cherish.
