Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

I look forward to welcoming you to the cookery course dedicated to the traditional flavours of Veneto, where we will prepare a traditional, flavourful menu together. We will start with an appetiser of bruschetta topped with wild herb sauces, to be enjoyed with our Prosecco Brut.

We’ll continue with a varied first course: ravioli with Verdon radicchio and ricotta, mezzelune and tagliatelle with sciopeti and Casatella Trevigiana, served with our Pinot Grigio. Next, we’ll prepare a selection of local cheeses – matured Piave, Imbriago and Grana Padano – to be enjoyed with our red wines: Merlot, Pinot Nero and Raboso. We’ll round off the course with a classic dessert: strawberry tiramisu, served with Prosecco Extra Dry. A hands-on and engaging experience, perfect for discovering the flavours of Veneto.
