I have been living in the Veneto region for almost two years now, but I have brought with me the traditions and techniques for preparing dishes from my homeland, Sardinia. In this culinary experience, we will devote ourselves to the preparation of fresh pasta gnocchetti, typical of Sardinia, freshly made with the traditional Sardinian recipe, which includes only semolina, water and salt. Our gnocchetti will be enjoyed with a freshly prepared sausage and meat sauce, or, at the request of guests, we will prepare a vegetarian version with a Treviso radicchio sauce. To accompany this delicacy, we will offer a glass of red wine, but we will be happy to accommodate guests with a white wine if they prefer it. It will be a unique taste experience.

My culinary proposal combines Sardinian tradition, rich in authentic flavors deeply tied to the land, with a few reinterpretations inspired by Venetian cuisine. Sardinia remains the main protagonist, with dishes that tell stories of the sea, the countryside, and convivial moments. Alongside them, subtle references to Venetian tradition add an original touch, creating a meeting point between two different yet harmonious culinary cultures. The soul of this cuisine, however, remains firmly rooted in Sardinian flavors: genuine ingredients, preparations that respect tradition, and a particular attention to quality, all aimed at offering guests an authentic, warm experience, enriched at the same time with new and surprising nuances.
