Your experience

    Preparing lasagna following the tradition handed down from my grandmother is a process that requires attention and time, but the result is extraordinarily delicious. We start by preparing the meat sauce, fresh egg pasta and, of course, adding a generous dose of béchamel sauce. The enveloping scent of the ingredients is familiar and comforting, evoking the same fragrances that permeated my grandmother's house. With the intention of sharing these emotions with you, we will prepare together this succulent dish that represents the love and history of a family, passed down from generation to generation. In the course of preparation, we will not fail to accompany it with an aperitif, a good glass of wine and dessert to complete the experience.

    Silvia was so fantastic. We feel lucky to be paired with her and to have had her home, recipes, company and expertise shared with us. We cant wait to try using our new pasta and tiramisu making skills! We had such a lovely time and it will be something we remember forever.     I had an amazing time at Silvia’s place! I can’t believe she is gracious enough to host us during the holidays and definitely making it a Christmas to remember! The host was humorous and the night flew by. I normally don’t like to cook but the experience have me thinking about buying my own pasta machine. They were also extremely patient and welcoming! I would definitely recommend the experience!!

    "My cuisine is simple and genuine, linked to the cycle of the seasons to obtain the maximum flavors from the raw material. I love making fruit compotes with figs, wild plums, pears and apples obtained from the trees in my garden. I love using flour as much intact as possible to obtain fresh and filled pasta that my children really like, I prefer light and quick cooking for nutritious and mouth-watering second courses”.
