We welcome you into our Venetian home, located on the historic Ruga Rialto, just steps away from the famous Fish and Fruit Market, for a journey into the most authentic flavors of the lagoon’s culinary tradition.

Together, we’ll prepare some of the most iconic dishes of Venetian cuisine, such as cicchetti (typical local small bites) and the delicious sarde in saor, a sweet and sour dish passed down through generations.

During this experience, you won’t just cook with us—you’ll also discover the stories, ingredients, and curiosities that make Venetian gastronomy so unique.
