Immerse yourself in an authentic gastronomic experience with an array of typical Sardinian dishes. We will begin with an assorted appetizer including mazza frissa with bottarga, sardine cream with Carasau and caramelized onions. The first course will delight you with fregola and Arselle. The second course will be a tasty baked fish with potatoes and artichokes. Depending on availability, the fish may vary (sea bream, sea bass, ombrine). To finish, you will taste Seadas with honey, accompanied by an option of Sardinian sweets. Each course will be served with Carasau bread, coffee, and a selection of wines including Vermentino and Cannonau, for a complete and authentic taste experience.

- I had a lovely evening with Carla and her husband coming up king and eating al fresco in the charming garden. Though I have eaten pasta most of my life, it was my first time making pasta from scratch, and truth be told, Giorgio did more than me. I could almost hear his Sardinian mother tut-tutting at my attempts to roll the gnocchettii! The ravioli filling was a revelation, and the tiramisu and local Prosecco and Soave exactly as delicious they should be in in their home region of Veneto. Though my Italian is non-existant, Carla was a great Cesarina and made sure I understood all the steps and enjoyed my evening.
