Hi from Cinzia!

Mine is a cuisine linked to family traditions in which the flavors of the past are mixed with the lightness of modern cuisine. I added a few dishes from Abruzzo to traditional Venetian cuisine, a legacy of my family ties, refined both in terms of workmanship and seasoning. My main dishes are the "Sopa Coada", the "Ravioli della Nonna Marcella", the "Baked cod according to Tosca", the "Pesce alla bell'Antonio" and the "Pinza della Marantega".

It was a wonderful time. Cinzia was absolutely awesome. She welcomes me to not our home and she taught me to make pasta and termisou. She was a great teacher! It was an experience I will cherish! Highly recommend her! Ciao!!
