Hi from Corinna!

Corinna's house is located at the entrance to the town of Arzachena, on the Costa Smeralda, quiet in winter and sparkling in summer.A few kilometers from here there are fantastic beaches, known all over the world, but also landscapes immersed in nature. "I'm Sardinian doc, I've always loved cooking. I love the sea and I bring it to the table with its tastes, scents and colors, but there is no shortage, in my kitchen, of traditional Sardinian dishes, such as our 'porcetto'. My area it is full of small wine cellars, whose productions I'll share with my guests."

This cooking lesson with Corinna was a fantastic experience. She is really a lovely person and I totally enjoyed the new Sardinian recipes I learnt with her. I highly recommend it.

One of the best experiences of our trip! Corinna was absolutely amazing teaching us how to cook, all in the comfort of her home. This was an experience my boyfriend and I will never forget!

THE BEST! The most incredible experience, I feel incredibly lucky to have met Corinna and Simone and learned to cook from them and share a meal. It was our favorite evening of our vacation. The food was delicious and they were most hospitable. Thank you!

Very unique experience to cook at someone’s house! Great hospitality and teaching by Chef Corinna. The best part was eating the food we prepared outside in the garden. Great value and highly recommended!

Corinna and Simoni welcomed us into their lovely home to prep and eat 4 amazing dishes. We learned how to make gnocchi using the traditional means of a Sardinian basket to roll the dough into the right shapes to hold the pork meat sauce we cooked to pair with it. So much fun. We also prepped seadas- a traditional Sardinian dessert… again, fun, easy and delicious. Simoni, Richard and I took turns stirring the heavy cream mixed with semolina flour to prepare our ridiculously delicious appetizer of Malta fresa (??)… one it reached the consistency of Greek yogurt, put some honey on top and you have your self a traditional Sardinian after school snack! Amazing. Corinna is a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef who now prefers to teach people basic recipes from her home. She set a table in her lovely backyard overlooking the city of Arzachena in the distance and we all sat down to a meal we prepared together. It was magic! Their hospitality and education will never be forgotten. We will go back next year and bring more friends to cook with us in their home…, it was once in a lifetime experience. We left with a folder of all the recipes and a picture of us cooking in their kitchen! Such a wonderful thing to do…. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this experience.
