Visiting Sanremo means deciding to treat yourself to a beach holiday, but also to discover historical and natural beauties and Italian music. It could also be an opportunity to savor the gastronomic specialties of this Ligurian city. The perfect place?! At the home of our Cesarina Emanuela. "I grew up in a family where wealth was a table laden with genuine dishes, raw materials from the garden and the countryside and, possibly, surrounded by loved ones, parents, grandparents, brothers, uncles or even friends. The door it was always open and it was easy to add a seat at the table. Ever since I was tall enough to see what was in the pots I tried to steal my mum and grandmother's secrets."

- Wonderful welcome to her private home. Super easy explanation. Helped a lot when we did not get it right a way with a lot of kindness. The recipe was super easy and super delicious. Learned 4 thpes of pasta. Tried 2 sauces 'Made tiramisu and a fruit version to the kids. The snacks were delicious and the entire experience 5 +++ Definitely planning to come back and learn more.

- We had a lovely meal in the cosy kitchen in Emanuela’s home. A short cookery demonstration of how to make the local dishes focaccia, sardenaira and farinata was followed by a great four course meal with wine. Emanuela explained all the dishes and also provided interesting information about Liguria. A great evening! Recommended!
- Had a wonderful dinner with Emanuela! Even though it ended up being just me, it was so much fun to learn about the regional cuisine and Emanuela is an absolutely phenomenal cook. Truly a dinner to remember!
- Went there with my fiance and absoulutely loved it. The venue was private and Cesarine Emanuela hosted us showed nicely, showed how to make different pasta and authentic tiramisu which we will definitely be trying at home. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting this part of Italy.
