J'ai offert à mon ami pour son anniversaire cette expérience culinaire chez Emmanuela. Il a été bluffé par l'originalité de ce cadeau. Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux et délicieux. Emmanuela est passionnée elle nous a ouvert les portes de sa cuisine et a partagé avec nous les recettes de son enfance en nous transmettant sa passion qu'elle tient de sa famille. Nous nous sommes régalés en voyageant en Italie à travers les plats qu'elle nous a concoctés avec beaucoup de générosité. Et son français est impeccable !! Our pasta making class with Emanuela was great! She was a great teacher and her English was good. Google gave us bad directions though and we ended up high on the mountain road that was barely wide enough for our mini cooper to fit. Once we realized we were lost, we called Emanuela who told us to put a tobacco shop into google and she would meet us there… it wasn’t far from her home. It was a lot of fun to learn how to make the different shapes of pasta (tagliatelle, ravioli, and farfalle). She made it seem easy. This was my first time doing a pasta making class and I would love to do it again. There’s only one thing I wish we would have received: recipe cards for the pasta, and for the ravioli filling we made. Emanuela had made ahead of time a ragu for the tagliatelle pasta and she had made pesto ahead of time for the farfalle pasta we made. The sauces were great! I highly recommend Emanuela for a class! Thank you!

"I grew up in a family where wealth was a table laden with genuine dishes, raw materials from the garden and the countryside and, possibly, surrounded by loved ones, parents, grandparents, brothers, uncles or even friends. The door it was always open and it was easy to add a seat at the table. Ever since I was tall enough to see what was in the pots I tried to steal my mum and grandmother's secrets."
