: Giada and Federico shared their passion for olives with us. The stories about the cultivation, harvest and oil production gave an insight into the hard work on the steep hills. I enjoyed the stories, the food and wine tasting and the company of them both. Very worthwhile if you look for an authentic glimpse into olive oil.

The quintessential seasoning, pesto made in a mortar, and then everything that our garden and orchard provide, to transform into delicious dishes where vegetables are not a side dish but the center of gastronomic preparation.
