The experience begins with a convivial aperitif, offering homemade appetizers. Then together we will learn how to prepare tagliolini alle borraggine, with a rich tomato sauce, sausage and pine nuts: a classic Ligurian traditional dish, the peculiarity of this green pasta lies in putting borage in the dough and not spinach, which is more commonly used to make green pasta.

It continues with Corzetti al pesto, their origin is very old and dates back at least eight centuries between Liguria and Piedmont. It concludes with the majesty: tiramisu, a typical delicious homemade dessert. We will share convivial moments and excellent Ligurian wine. An invitation to sit back, enjoy the company and savor each delicious creation!
