Hi, I'm Francesca! Originally from Naples but now living in Rome, I welcome my guests to a villa nestled among olive and fruit trees in the countryside of Civitavecchia. "Those who cook with love nourish more than just the body" – this philosophy guides every dish I prepare. Together, we’ll share the joy of picking vegetables from the garden, while discovering stories and traditions dating back to the early 1900s, offering a unique and authentic experience.

It was wonderful. Francesca invited us into her beautiful home like she was welcoming family. We chatted like old friends. Her long table was prepared for our cooking class. It was just the two of us so it was very intimate. We couldn't have imagined a better anniversary. We all worked individually to make a fresh pasta. It was fun! The patio with a sea view was amazing! She showed us her beautiful garden where she had many things we used like herbs, fruits olives etc. You will not be disappointed!

Our visit to Francesca was wonderful! She made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The food was fabulous and we loved the cooking lesson but the best part was being immersed into her beautiful home and family for a few hours. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
