Hi, I'm Francesca! Originally from Naples but now living in Rome, I welcome my guests to a villa nestled among olive and fruit trees in the countryside of Civitavecchia. "Those who cook with love nourish more than just the body" – this philosophy guides every dish I prepare. Together, we’ll share the joy of picking vegetables from the garden, while discovering stories and traditions dating back to the early 1900s, offering a unique and authentic experience.

Together with some friends, we had a delightful dinner at Francesca's home in Civitavecchia on May 19th. From beginning to end, it was a wonderful evening. We made pizzas and, together with the pre-dinner reception, dinner and dessert, the evening was a great start to our trip to Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal. Francesca's son, Gabriel, together with his girlfriend, made us extremely welcome. It's not often you go to dinner where the chef has made not only dinner but her own olive oil and limoncello. The evening brought back many happy memories of family dinners at my in-laws, who moved from Italy in 1950 to Canada.

Francesca was wonderfully friendly and her translator, Greta and her son Gabrielle were equally able to keep us engaged. Her individual pizzas were very good. The deep fried dough was crisp and tender at the same time. I would highly recommend this dinner.
