Hi, I'm Francesca! Originally from Naples but now living in Rome, I welcome my guests to a villa nestled among olive and fruit trees in the countryside of Civitavecchia. "Those who cook with love nourish more than just the body" – this philosophy guides every dish I prepare. Together, we’ll share the joy of picking vegetables from the garden, while discovering stories and traditions dating back to the early 1900s, offering a unique and authentic experience.

- This a must do event. I have done cooking classes before but the hospitality and love shared by Francesca and her family was amazing. Her home is perfect- exactly as you would imagine in a beautiful local town. Her kitchen was well situated. Her outdoor hosting area was lovely. Then dinner was served in the garden area where local vegetables and spices are grown. It simply was one of the most heartfelt experiences we could dream of. Italy in a bottle. I HIGHLY recommend. I will be back next year!
- It was wonderful. Francesca invited us into her beautiful home like she was welcoming family. We chatted like old friends. Her long table was prepared for our cooking class. It was just the two of us so it was very intimate. We couldn't have imagined a better anniversary. We all worked individually to make a fresh pasta. It was fun! The patio with a sea view was amazing! She showed us her beautiful garden where she had many things we used like herbs, fruits olives etc. You will not be disappointed!
- Our visit to Francesca was wonderful! She made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The food was fabulous and we loved the cooking lesson but the best part was being immersed into her beautiful home and family for a few hours. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
- I came for the pasta. Left with something deeper. As a psychologist, I spend my days listening. Today, for once, I was the one being nourished, with food, with stories, and with something that felt almost therapeutic. Francesca doesn’t just cook: she connects. Her kitchen isn’t just a place for recipes… it’s a place where people soften. And yes, the scialatielli were divine. But the real gift? Feeling completely seen, even while covered in flour.
- More than a dinner. It was a gift. We celebrated our anniversary with Francesca and left with full hearts (and stomachs!). The house is peaceful and romantic, the dishes are rooted in tradition, and her hospitality is unmatched. She made everything personal and meaningful with just the right amount of fun. A night we’ll talk about for years.
